The development of ERP System requirements, followed by the management of the RFP process and ultimately managing the implementation of the selected system (Microsoft Navision).

For the U.S. subsidiary of a global energy company:
Managed the design of a custom application to provide inventory data and financial transaction information to customers throughout the country. The Web-based system was designed to integrate with an IBM AS/400 application. The hosting infrastructure was designed and is maintained by Invision at our data centers.

For a direct mail company serving Fortune 500 clients:
Designed the customization and integration with legacy applications for both Microsoft CRM and Microsoft SharePoint.
